However, we understand that sometimes things may not go as planned. Please read our refund policy carefully to understand your rights and the circumstances under which refunds may be granted.

1. Service Satisfaction Guarantee

We offer a 7-day satisfaction guarantee on our services. If you are not satisfied with our work within the first 7 days of service, you may request a refund, provided no content has been posted or delivered.

2. Refund Eligibility

To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions must be met:

  • A refund request must be submitted within 7 days of starting the service.
  • No social media content (posts, reels, ads, etc.) has been published or made live.
  • The client has not received any reports, consultations, or strategies that have been agreed upon as deliverables.
  • Refund requests made after 7 days or after services have been delivered are not eligible.

3. Non-Refundable Circumstances

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • Services have already been performed or content has been posted on your social media accounts.
  • If client delays or fails to provide necessary materials, content, or feedback, leading to a disruption in the service timeline.
  • Custom services or strategies that require upfront time and resource investment (such as campaign strategies or consultations) are non-refundable.

4. Requesting a Refund

To request a refund, please email our support team at info@moosocial.com with the following details:

  • Your full name and contact information
  • The date of your purchase or service start
  • The reason for your refund request

Our team will review your request and respond within 5 business days. If approved, refunds will be processed using the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

5. Modifications to the Refund Policy

Moo Social reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and it is your responsibility to review these updates.
