Welcome to Moo Social. By accessing or using our services, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using our website, services, or interacting with our content, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Services, as well as any other policies referenced here.

2. Services Overview

Moo Social provides social media management, digital marketing, content creation, and related services. Our packages are designed for businesses seeking assistance with their online presence across various platforms, including but not limited to Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.

Service Packages:

  • £99/month Package: Includes 30 posts, 8 reels, stories, and management of 3 accounts for the first month.
  • £299/month Package: Includes social media strategy, content creation, and account management services.
  • £750/month Package: Full-service social media management with additional reporting and strategic consultations.

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any service with or without notice.

3. Client Responsibilities

  • Timely Communication: Clients must provide necessary details, approvals, and feedback within a reasonable timeframe to avoid delays in service.
  • Content Approval: Clients are responsible for approving all content we create. Once approved, we will post it according to the agreed schedule.
  • Account Access: Clients must provide access to the required social media platforms to allow us to manage their accounts efficiently.

4. Payment Terms

All payments must be made in advance for the services rendered. Payment details and schedules are as follows:

  • Payments for monthly services are due at the start of each billing cycle.
  • For packages exceeding the initial offer price, payments will adjust to the regular rate after the promotional period (e.g., £100/month after the first month).

Failure to complete payment will result in suspension of services until the balance is paid in full.

5. Refund Policy

We offer a 7-day refund policy for any unsatisfactory service if no content has been posted yet. Once content is posted, no refunds will be issued.

6. Termination of Services

Both parties can terminate this agreement with 14 days’ written notice. Upon termination, Moo Social will cease all work and return any unused materials provided by the client.

7. Content Ownership

All content created by Moo Social for your social media accounts, such as graphics, copy, and strategy, remains the property of Moo Social until full payment is received. Once paid, the content becomes the property of the client.

8. Limitation of Liability

Moo Social will not be held liable for any loss, damage, or business interruption resulting from the use or inability to use our services. We make no warranties about the success of our services in terms of engagement or business growth, as results may vary.

9. Confidentiality

We respect the privacy and confidentiality of your business information. All data shared with us, including login credentials and strategic plans, will be kept confidential and used solely for service delivery.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and it is your responsibility to review them periodically.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes arising from the use of our services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the UK courts.
